Creative Direction
As a creative director, I’ve been able to employ big picture systemic thinking to develop and train my team on methods to speed and scale production and reduce opportunities for error.
This has been accomplished through the creation of automated templates following specified steps (accompanied by written and video instructions) and in the development of in-depth graphic formulas. Visual aids and online wikis helped to scale production while maintaining brand consistency regardless of the designer producing it.
These resources have been able to serve as both a guide and a feedback reference for designers and other people in the company.
